Used paypal. And only took £25 from my balance.
So I'd suggest if you can use paypal.

After reading abit on the HUKD website I'm abit worried about this reclaim business. People are quite sceptical and have been burnt in the past.
Still if they reclaim the £20 it's still £10 cheaper than game.
