That's what my nice CS lady told me, she took my order over the phone and applied the 15% code. She told me that I could expect both GWPs as I was buying 3 items (2 sharpeners and the blockbuster). However, one of my sharpeners was cancelled as OOS - but I am hoping that they honour both GWPs as I did order 3 items. Not my fault that they cancelled one and didn't offer me a substitute! If it arrives minus one or both GWPs I shall be returning it.

Phoned up as could not get free gift to add to basket. They said that they were out of stock but to try again in a few days as they were expecting more.:(

I placed an order on Saturday night for a mascara gift set, juicy tube and the discounted set. My confirmation did not show either of the GWPs ( neither has my dispatch email rec'd today). I called customer services yesterday and after various incorrect explanations such as the offer not being online and not being advertised online the CSR checked with her supervisor and confirmed I would get the GWPs but they are not shown in the basket/on confirmation. This seems to match what Claire21 and Tara have been told. I also intend to return the order if I do not get my GWPs, I think this is only fair as they were advertised and I was informed I would get them. Hopefully the order will arrive complete with the gifts but just in case do Debenhams usually allow refunds on such items?

Hello, b4 seeing this thread I went into the store on Monday to pick up the free sample posted. Lancome assistant was wearing gorgeous glittery mascara - asked to purchase one which was £20. SA pointed out free gift if spend £29. She kindly found a little set for £10 that had skin care products and another little mascara, so came to £30 in total. Then went to till and I remembered £5 voucher had in bag, so got whole lot for £25
