Update!

I ordered 2 sharpeners and the big box earlier, total £45.04. Just had an email saying that they can't supply one of the sharpeners so my new total is £38.67 for a sharpener and the box, plus free gift for spending over £29! :beer: I should also get the free cleanser for buying 3 items even though they can't supply one of them, right? (please say it is so)

I also phoned today and explained it had * all over the adverts for T&C but you cant get to them.

It was a lot of faffing about telling me it was instore only on a £29 spend - I said it shows on web as 2 purchases, 2 people looked and confirmed whats on the web, they did say that the gwp would automatically be sent in the end - but I'm not really sure about that.

So i was thinking order 2 items plus the expensive reduced value gift on offer, use the 15% and free del code, meaning you have made 3 purchases and should get the gwp plus the extra freebie.

I did exactly that yesterday Claire -ordered 2 items plus the reduced value gift set - 3 items. I was told on the telephone the same, that the free gifts would be automatically sent. I emailed them too for clarification and an automated answer told me that they'd reply within 3 days!!!!
We shall see!

Full price £7.50 plus £3.99 delivery (which isn't even next-day) for a pencil sharpener! :rotfl:

Slightly amusing to wonder who would actually pay that without a glitch or gift with purchase (or two)! :think:

I see nice jeans reduced reduced from £25.00 to £7.50 on the same page; sadly says they don't have stock in my size when added to basket though!

Hi all. I'm a newbie to MSE so please be gentle - my first post, having 'lurked' for a couple of weeks.

If it costs £15.00 plus £3.99 delivery for two Lancome pencil sharpeners, wouldn't it be better value to spend £29 instore (eg £13 eye shadow and £16 juicy tubes gift set), so you don't have to waste money on delivery and you end up with products that you are more likely to get use out of, or could use as gifts? Presumably you could also use your £5 Debenhams voucher against this, or does the £29 spend have to be after any deductions?

Did you get the GWP? Just tried adding the two products, but the GWP is not appearing? Ta!
