    Normally there is something in the terms and conditions that you either have to spend a set amount or one of the two products you purchase have to be a skin care product, which would stop people buying two pencil sharpeners to qualify for the free set.

    I can't see the pencil sharpeners? And does anyone know if the free gift is added automatically I can't see how to add it to my basket

    Hi Just to update I've just spoken to customer services. The free gift is instore only, you do need to spend £29 and it can be on makeup or skincare
    Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves

    I've just spoken to Customer Services too. I was told in store only but when I said it doesn't say that on the website she went away to check and said it would be added automatically to my order. I have just emailed to double check.

    They are STUNNING! I'm keeping one for myself (pollyfiller). The GWP wasn't on when I got them, but I did get the 15% off, then I ordered two of the Estee Lauder Prof Artist makeup sets, (for my girls) they have been dispatched. I also got 15% off those.

    Just tried the two Lancome collections again. It doesn't work if you add the two on the main page , add one there then go to the shopping cart and add the other one. i also added Hypnose Mascara set @ £20 the total with 15% off plus free delivery is £81.60.
    I cant see the free gifts in the cart, so don't know if you would get them.
