Asda top-up

Hello.
I have an Asda PAYG phone.
2 weeks ago i think i put £10 credit by a top-up card at my local corner shop. The next day i went to Spain for 10 days and on Wednesday i went to work and had to make a call and i got a message saying that credit was low to top-up soon.I finished the call and checked balance and it was 5p.
I never took the phone abroad and only mad 1 call at work.
I can't find the receipt from the shop to say "top-up successfull" or not and what i would like to know is there a way i can find out when was the last time i topped up this phone as i have been on Asda website and it says to call CS but will cost you 25p and i only have 5p and i don't want to put credit on it and then not find out about the missing credit.
