I got one for me and one for my mum at Meadowhal today - Assistant was nice and fine with me getting two :)
  • Thought the more busier places would run out, like the stores down Oxford St. So I headed to Canary Wharf in the morning and managed to swap one for the high lengths. I'm really happy since the old ones i took in were the cheap and really old Collection 2000 brand and I mean reallly old as in the packaging was still the old blue kind and not the "new" current packaging they have ;)

Then popped round to Jubilee Place round the corner and swapped another one :p the Clinique person wasn't there so I asked another attendant standing by the Benefit stand about the offer and she just said pop the old mascara in the box and pick one of the two. Got the High Impact mascara, she asked if i had a pen to fill in my details for a consultation i suspect, but i didn't have a pen on me and she said that's fine, so i left very happy. =]

Only used the High lengths and so far so good I think, these sizes are good for me as I don't really use much mascara/make up everyday.

I think sizes are good as I never get to use up a full sized mascara anyway before it dries up - these are about the right size to get enough applications out of it before it gets to the drying up stage :)

Trecked all the way into Guildford for this the other day and after waiting for 15 minutes while the clinique assistant chatted to a friend they said they had none left. Ofcourse I don't think they had any in the first place. I reckon it's just a ruse to get you in there so they can sell you overpriced stuff because they have conveniently "run out" of the non existent freebies.
This happens a lot with offers on this website. I do wish that you would check that they are real offers before encouraging people to waste very expensive diesel chasing after non existent offers. Clinique stinks!!
I shall be going back to 99p store at least they have stock and they're only a couple of miles up the lane so they are cheaper to get and more obliging

Oh stick a sock in it! if you spent as much time researching and reading this site as you do ranting, you'd probably get a lot more out of it. ;)

Clinique will refiund the price of the makeup if you can;t use it. I was umming about buying mascara last year and was told I could take it and try it and if it made my eyes water they would refund it. I tried it a couple of times and it was awful and so I took it back anc true to their work I got a full refund.
Really? That's great, I'll ask my mum if she still has the receipt
    :D
