hi jus wondering if this offer applies to nothern ireland??? and if any1 knows were in belfast, havnt seen any signs up etc

Hi, I haven't tried Belfast but I took and old Lancome trial size mascara into Boots at Sprucefield and the chap at the Clinique counter turned me down saying that I could not swap as my old one was not a full-size one! I was really embarrassed. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

At Fosse Park Leicester, I handed in a Benefit sample mascara that was free with Glamour Mag a while back without a problem!

Donegal Place have a display on the counter right as you walk in the door to the Clinique stand.

DD swopped a very mini size Dior mascara (that came in a make up set bought on a plane) no probs. I think the SAs make it up as they go along.

Swapped a Body Shop one in Bath Southgate today,the lady said there was ony a few left if anyone is planning to go there.

I was told this last weekend in Trafford Centre, previous to this I had taken a couple of trial sizes in and they swapped no problem. They said the idea of the swap was to find out what people normally bought and they could not tell this from a sample. I was with DD who had a full size one to swap so she got hers. I noticed in the clear tub they put them in they were all fullsize, whereas previous there had been quite a few samples. I have since been in with fullsize ones and swapped no problem.
