No I took it back I tried everything and I'm quite good at fixing things. It was never closed even when I first opened it and no matter what I tried nothing worked. The man in the shop looked at it too and he couldnt put it right either

They didnt have any left at the store either so I got a refund, I'll just wait till next time or get one from somewhere else if there are any offers on. I already have a sewing machine it was just a replacement so I can wait. I'm disappointed though

I didnt think that Aldis have phones for customers I tried to find out my store before and I think it says on the site something about they dont take phonecalls at any Aldis

I had a similar trouble - I had to ring head office and they put me through the store I got the machine from.
