Im surprised you never mentioned dublin TBH trev, we all know what bargains there are to be had there.

Remember profit is proportional to risk.
The higher the profit the higher the risk.
Romania may well give a high return but you may have many hurdles to overcome.
There is also th chance of loosing big time.
Get as much info as you can.
A slightly safer option might be better in the long run, ie go for a more stable country (spain,cyprus,greece etc) yes the returns will be lower but so will the hassle.
I work on the theory that if i would like to live there then so would others.0 -
