    The T&C's say winners notified by email within 72 hours of draw closing. I have a huge pile of codes and no notifications as yet :(

    Sixth bottle bought with unreadable codes which lead to blocking my account.

    I have had that problem so often with cokezone, they are usually pretty good if you ring customer services. The ask for the batch number and give you replacement codes. I have been on the telephone to them twice today as the competition kept crashing before confirmation of my entry and they were really helpful.

    Is anyone else having a problem with this promotion? I have entered codes from 5 different bottles now and I am not getting the competition pop up each time to confirm my entry and details. I called them the other day with this problem on my first bottle and they were very helpful and gave me a new code which worked fine, but now the other four bottles have done the same thing, i'm thinking there might be a problem with this promotion.

    I've had problems too. Codes not recognised, replacement codes (after I called) not working either. Something's not right.
