Entry Process

1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands only (IoM & CI - website entry only), excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. The promotion starts and codes are valid for entry from 10/11/10. Entries from 10/11/10 to 10/12/10 inclusive will go into that hour's draw. Each valid code can only be entered once. There is 1 Xbox 360® 4GB with Kinect™ to be won per draw. Entries received before 23:59:59 on 09/11/10 will go into the first draw. All entries received from 00:00:00 on 11/12/10 to 23:59:59 on 30/01/11 will go into a bonus draw to win 1 of 20 Xbox 360® 4GB with Kinect™. Draws will take place from 01:00:00 10/11/10 (first draw closes at 00:59:59) until the promotion ends at 23:59:59 on 10/12/10.

3. Entry to the promotion is via web or mobile, using the unique 12 digit code found on the following promotional packs, while stocks last:

* Single 500ml packs Coca-Cola
* Single 500ml packs diet Coke
* Single 500ml packs Coke Zero
* 2L packs of Coca-Cola
* 2L packs of diet Coke
* 2L packs of Coke Zero

4. To enter, either log on to https://www.cokezone.co.uk and enter your unique 12 digit code, or send by SMS to 88555. Standard network text message rates apply, typically 10p to 12p. Text messages may not be included in any bundle of free text message, text package and/or talk plan. Please check with your network operator. Please ensure you have the permission of the person who pays the mobile bill before entering via text message.

5. Those in the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will not be able to use the SMS short code and must enter at https://www.cokezone.co.uk

6. Online entrants will receive an on-screen confirmation message to confirm successful code entry.

Codes

7. Codes can be located on the following promotional packs:

* Laser etched into the plastic of the bottle, behind the label on single 500ml packs
* Laser etched into the plastic of the bottle, behind the label on 2L packs

8. Only valid pack codes will be accepted. All codes are subject to verification. Codes have no cash value and may not be sold or exchanged. Other manufacturer's references or printing errors do not constitute codes.

9. If you are unable to read your pack code, or it is incomplete, please call the consumer helpline on 0800 0288038.

10. After the 30/01/11 all unredeemed codes will be invalid for use in this promotion. However, codes can still be redeemed for points at Coke Zone - see https://www.cokezone.co.uk for details.

11. Standard Coke Zone code entry limits apply. You may earn a maximum of 50 Coke Zone points per week. Once this limit has been reached, you will not be able to enter any more codes until the following week.

Hourly Prize Draws

12. There are 745 draws to win 764 Xbox 360® 4GB packages throughout the course of the full promotional period (10/11/10 – 10/12/10). 744 Xbox 360® 4GB packages will be available in the promotional period 10/11/10 – 10/12/10 inclusive, plus a bonus draw to win 20 Xbox packages for all entries received between 11/12/10 and 30/01/11. All draws will be independently supervised.

13. Due to circumstances beyond the Promoters control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Xbox 360® 4GB with Kinect™ for an alternative prize.

14. The Promoter will attempt to contact a winner within 72 hours after the specific draw closes. Winners will be notified by email. All participants must ensure they provide a valid email address. The Promoter is not responsible for any undelivered emails due to winner's SPAM filters or email settings. In the event that the Promoter cannot contact the winner after taking all reasonable steps to do so it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize. The winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity without additional recompense.

15. In the event of an entrant's mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number or email address. The entry will therefore be forfeited.

16. For all draws, the winner will be the owner of the email address registered when entering online. No other individual is eligible to claim the prize.

General

17. Sending a text message or entering details online is not proof of receipt of entry. If entering your code by text message an SMS confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your code has been received. After entering a valid code online you will receive confirmation of entry on screen. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.

18. All SMS entrants, who haven't previously registered for Coke Zone will receive an SMS message following their first valid entry asking if they would like to register for Coke Zone. By replying to the message as instructed, using the free reply short code, consumers will receive a WAP-push link to the Coke Zone WAP site. Connecting to the WAP site requires a WAP compatible phone and standard GPRS rates will apply (if you are unsure of your rates, contact your network operator).

19. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, in respect of all matters to do with the promotion.

20. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in the promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.

21. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter shall not be responsible for any loss or injury to the winner or guest in taking up the prize.

24. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or in the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept an entry. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required.

25. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

26. Limitations of liability: neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

26.1. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.

26.2. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.

26.3. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.

26.4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the website or any combination thereof.

26.5. Any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

26.6. Non or late receipt of text messages due to operator or network error.

I live in yorkshire and have been able to get the promotional bottles in asda and boots (2 for £1.70) for the last 2 weeks. I have been unable to get them anywhere else.

In the last hourly prize draw with cokezone i was unable to get my hands on any bottles until the last week of the promotion!

When i win a prize, i will be offering my spare codes to mse's

saw them in krispy kreme (selfridges) in bullring and in asda perry barr!!!
