Monday - Pork in cider with apples with rice
Tuesday - Salmon en croute with potatoes and peas ( not my favourite but gift from mum and needs to be eaten)
Wednesday Spinach and chick pea curry - yummy and can also make other batch next weekend
Thursday - Chicken soup, Salmon fish cakes with peas - Not sure if a fishcake each will be enough but if soup beforehand should be ok
Friday - Aubergine bake or Chicken with mushrooms
