Hi Mrs M
Could you maybe double up your lasagne on monday and heat that up on Wednesday? Or maybe just twice the amount of the tomato sauce so you can just cook some pasta on Wednesday and heat up the sauce? Love and compassion to all x0 -

Hi all, here's my mealplan for the coming week:
Sun: Roast Chicken, roast potatoes, carrots and broccoli, with stuffing balls (making double quantity of stuffing balls to freeze a few for Christmas dinner)
Mon: Soup with croutons and bread rolls
Tues: Pastitsio
Weds: Not sure
Thurs: Shepherd's Pie
Fri: Black bean chicken with noodles (might switch to turkey depending on offers)
Sat: Jacket Potatoes with Melee Beans.
Lunches will be sandwiches or leftovers, and breakfasts will be cereal. We have fruit in for snacks, although I shall try and do some baking at some point this week for some yummy cakes as a treat. The next couple of weeks are going to be very stressful so I shall need the quick meals.
