tesco monthly how do I check calltime balance

I have a 1 month sim only Tesco mobile. I cannot find out how to check the balance. I have tried various numbers but nothing works I just get "refer to your self care account". Am thinking of changing networks. Please help.

    If contract, pain in the bum I'm afraid. Can check usage online, but that's it I'm afraid.

    You can check your remaining balances online. It usually takes a few hours for calls to appear.
