Dubai International Airport - Terminal 3 Showers?

Hi,
I've got a 3 hour stop over at Terminal 3 (Emirates) at Dubai Airport in 2 weeks.
Does anyone please know if there are any shower facilities there, either general ones or in any of the lounges etc.?

I was at Dubai airport on Monday and I saw showers signposted there next to one of the lounges on the first floor.0

I flew through a couple of months ago and there are showers but you need to take your own towel!0
