in Water bills
Sometime on Monday night the water supply to our flat was cut of as there was a burst pipe in our block of flats. Since then we have had no running water, flushing toilets etc. We have been given some free bottled water but not being able to flush the toilet is getting very unhygienic after 2 and a half days! We're also having to shower at a friends which isn't ideal.
We rent out flat through a rental agency but the building is manged by an unrelated property management company. On Tuesday the property management company said it would be fixed yesterday and yesterday they said it would be tonight at the earliest.
I was just wondering what rights we have whilst without water - if I get home from work tonight and the water is still off do I have any rights to check in to a hotel and ask my landlord to pay? I feel like after 3 days without water our flat is getting fairly uninhabitable but I really don't know where I stand as the landlord isn't responsible for the building.
Any advice would be very much appreciated! Thank you.

is the isssue a private problem or one of the water companys as your not 100% clear oon this.
if its the wtaer companys then you need to contact them to get the issue resolved.
if its a private issue get the enviromental health involved.need to have a lightbulb moment0 -
If you can borrow a bucket of water from a neighbour then you can flush the toilet with that. But as above it will depend whose responsibility the repair is as to how to get things moving. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
