I'm trying to talk myself out of the Disney DVD offer, as i don't need 'em and know no little people really who would, but it's such a good price!

have told people at work about it instead. Ahhh.

    Oops!
added to my spending in Aldi,
broccoli - 15p for decent head ( 295g) will make some soup
2 loaves of cheap bread (24p x 2) gone in freezer
some veg oil cos decided to start making home chips instead of buying oven chips!!
some plain and SR flour to make cakes and pastry - cos were always hungry at the moment ( 5 adults to feed) 2 x 31p
got 2 boxes of large eggs as 20% extra free 2 x 79p (for boxes of 12)
bar of cheapo choc to go on tiop of choccie cakes I'm going to make for weekend 48p
some strong cheese £1.64 !!!!! ouch but will make some quiche or something as I have some bacon pieces

oh and a pack of 2 aubergines for 98p - I normally pay that for one a t asda - will be making moussaka me thinks as lots of mutton mince in freezer.
and a pack of 25p digestives.

spent much more than I planned but got sensible things apart from the choccie and cheapo digestives.

I feel quite ill today, so intend to sit at my desk hibernating until hometime. Have brought lunch in (leftover spicy spicy chili!), may buy a can of diet coke. Tonight myself and OH are going to Sainsburys before picking his little sister and fiance up from the train station for a weekend visit - estimate £30 in Sainsburys between us.

Now off to meal plan. I'm sure OH gets sick of same 10 meals on rotation *sigh*
Hope you are feeling much better now.
