    morning!

so far ive not spent a penny today and hope not to. i did transfer 100 pounds from my account into my savings account but thats it!

hope everyone has a good weekend! all i intend on spending over the weekend is the OHs sisters xmas pressie which will be about 20 quid!
  • I'm going to spend £20 on travel agent vouchers and another £3 on a card/confetti for a neighbours wedding tomorrow - I'm also sending a cheque for £10 off to Natwest to request statements to get my bank charges refund going. Probably spend another £2 in Morrison's as we are out of butter and milk.

BUT I am going to pay £300 in cheques into the bank so that makes me feel better :D

Have to go and post another CD that sold on Amazon yesterday so that will cost about £1.50..... And we are supposed to be going to a scrapyard to get a brake disc for the car for about £7 so hopefully that will be it.

Wow, you're all on here bright and early! Glad your toothache is better Annie...

A non-spender for me in terms of actually buying stuff, but have got to write a cheque for utilities. Asked for a discount from my housemate since I always turn the lights and TV off, when she would rather leave them on and on standby, but I don't think that's going to get me anywhere....

Also, I'd like to put my hands up and say that when I promised to buy fruit yesterday, I actually went ahead and bought it in grape form....(hangs head in shame)

    Have a good weekend everyone!

I feel quite ill today, so intend to sit at my desk hibernating until hometime. Have brought lunch in (leftover spicy spicy chili!), may buy a can of diet coke. Tonight myself and OH are going to Sainsburys before picking his little sister and fiance up from the train station for a weekend visit - estimate £30 in Sainsburys between us.

Now off to meal plan. I'm sure OH gets sick of same 10 meals on rotation *sigh*

Sausages today and maybe some eggs.

DS is going to do a first-tracking film report - his third one and is still waiting for payments for the other 2. Would love to go and see the film he is doing the trailer report for - Open Season with DS2 but can't afford it and DD who is at school today will moan if we see it without her. Might go and rent a DVD from the library £3 for a week!

i think i shall have another no spend day today. the weekend will not be so good...or maybe i'll buy a bag of crisps and have it with a few drinks tonight (my fridge is packed with booze from last weekend).

yesterday was a very good day diet and money wise, i didn't get my break at work till after 8, and even then i was still on reception scoffing home made curry, so they have to pay me for my break :j

this weekend will be a (possibly) big spendish one. tomorrow i'm supposed to be meeting a friend for lunch in town, then sunday my dad's visiting to do a few bits to my flat, while i take his gf out shopping or summit equally not fun. will go to bnq and get stuff for the flat, my aim is to get the living room finished by the end of october, then the kitchen through november.

    have fun days all! x
