Colin,
Well done for keeping your cool!
Whats Colin keeping cool about if he doesn`t have a clue!
I`m the one whom has kept calm. My original intention of posting was for advice. I`ll no longer do it if you wanna suck up to Colin and frustrate me anymore. I`ll just carry on clicking sponsored keywords/adverts daily from different ip`s. Then Scottish Power will know what it feels like.

Hi brightgirl
We are all trying to help you based on the information you have posted on the forum. You state in your original email that you were nervous about calling which is why you decided to email instead. I still do not understand where the breakdown in communication came from and why a payment arrangement was not set up for you if you provided all relevant information.
If you want me to look into your account to see exactly what has happened then send me an email to onlinecomplaints@scottishpower.com. I will be able to see what has happened straight away and provide you with the information you are looking for. There is no need to be nervous contacting us. We are here to help as best we can.
Kind Regards
