Tesco leaving Security tag on drinks..... Grrr

Just had a home delivery and they have left the big plastic security code on the wine bottle again, have phoned and was told to break off with pliers!!!

Don't have pliers so what would I do now????:mad:

    Im ill with gallstones and can just about move around the house lol, never mind travel to the store and hang around for ages.

    Last time I had to throw the bottle in the bin!!! They didn't even offer to refund :(

    If you wnat it changed I'd order the same bottle next time - then when it comes return the one you have now - they'll have the code in their machine and will take it away happily - and no fuss for you - get better soon.
