! saw a velux blind sell for slightly less than the dealer BUT .... the postage made it pounds over! Theirs are P&P free.

Whenever I'm looking for something to buy on Ebay I ALWAYS check out the prices elsewhere online first and take the P&P into account. I usually refuse to buy from anyone that has inflated P&P costs to make more money too, unless the total I would pay would still be significantly less than buying it elsewhere.
I get so angry sometimes when I see stupid bidders on there, especially those that go in for a bidding war when the item still has several days to run
It spoils it for us "pros" that like to snipe the bidding in the last few seconds and grab a bargain

It is quite incredible. I see many identical silver items that I sell for £2 offered on eBay with starting bids of £5 often selling at twice that.
It's very wise to check carefully.0 -
The seller has listed the same tool again and it is up to well over 50% more than the normal shop price with 4 days left.
Time to gambel with the cost of 2 for re sell............Ampalian.com wrote:It is quite incredible. I see many identical silver items that I sell for £2 offered on eBay with starting bids of £5 often selling at twice that.

Too right.
This was a classic recently. Here's a DVD on Amazon:-

And here's what it went for on eBay:-

And no, I wasn't the seller....boo hoo!
Notice the low feedback numbers from the two numpties battling it out to pay 3 times retail. They obviously got their computers for Christmas...0 -
i think some peeps just get caught up in a bidding fever:)It is not what you give your friend, but what you are willing to give him that determines the quality of friendship. -- Mary Dixon Thayer0
