NEW CODE £10 of ASOS.co.uk

I ordered two items to take it over £10 but only one of them has arrived. Even the order form only has one item on it but the confirmation email has two.

Really strange. Shall I email them about it?

Been away since last wednesday now when I ordered with this glitch!

Just checked emails to see 3 dispatch emails


I will try and read this thread later but was just wondering if anyone could tell me first of all if they are deffinitly honouring these orders (with no we want goods back etc..) and also if anyone has recieved their order, and if so when should I expect mine?

Yes, it appears all orders are being honoured and many people have received their. I have received 2 out of 10! There is a thread to report orders received here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2824870

Yes! It could be their error and they would need to know this to fix it.
