We'll have to start a thread for all those still waiting on despatch emails :rotfl::rotfl:
I reckon there must still be quite a few of us.

I think i might need to start a 'if my friends dispatch email doesnt arrive soon who is willing to put me up whilst i go into hiding' thread :rotfl: .. She's just rang me on her break and had another mini hissy fit about it!! Lol!

It would be interesting to know how ASOS pick, pack and dispatch though. Clearly it doesn't go on when you placed your order so i wonder how they do work it.

I did 4 orders and only the very last one is still showing as processing, I've got dispatched for all the others so I'm really happy about that.

Secret Santa has never looked so good for so little
  • maybe it works as they pick the top of the pile - and then all the new ones flood in and go straight to the top, so the older orders are last to picked? if you understand what i mean! my oldest ones are the ones im waiting for dispatch emails for - and an order without a code!

My other order (my first one!) has been dispatched. I have no idea why the first order was dispatched after the second one, or why the order dispatched second comes with a tracking link (not that it works!) and the one dispatched first doesn't... but I will be happy when both arrive for me! That's two of my Christmas presents sorted. :)

I'm curious as to how the ASOS picking system works too, it seems quite unfathomable.

Maybe they have more than one warehouse, which are working to different schedules ?

Can I just say that this was a brilliant glitch but obviously customer service is as good as their IT department! I have been trying to get a simple answer from them through the 1hr contact customer service team.......I am on my 4th email and no further forward! They have stated that their commitment to us is 'If we have not sorted it out in 2 emails we will call you at a time that suits you. Simple' Well I have not had any offer of a call and still have not sorted it out! AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. No number available and have read that if you call head office they do not have customer service on the phone and will only be dealt with online. Customer are very good at cut and paste to create an email that makes no sense as to what you have asked!
