i wasn't trying to patronising, genuninely never even heard of this site, someone linked it to me as my bf works for asos, apparently they are still deciding what action to take, seems a bit late now tho

Well they messed me around with my last order (over 2 weeks late, missed the party I bought them for and they apologise with 10% off which I wrote back unhappy with, to add insult to injury as a result I incurred £50 banking charges/fees for going overdrawn as I am not allowed an overdraft- not Asos's fault but just rubs it in- the shoes were only £20.)

I am not at all worried about any 'action'. I could have screamed them to the ground last week. Bring It!
