Can I ask what the points are for Boots. Don't normally shop there but have been reading about all the goodies they are offering.

Normally you get 4 points per £1 spend. You can use these to pay for anything (more or less, some exceptions) in store. If you had 500 points that is £5.00, you can purchase an item £5 or less but you can not use part points and part cash to buy the item.
So the more you spend and the more bonus points you get the more free items you can get from the store. The free bonus points of late were worth £8 extra on a £50 spend (1,000 points included 200 for a normal spend of £50 plus 800 points, so if you spent £51 you got 1004 points). The other bonus points were 12,000 points (1,000 + the 200 for the spend). Then there are the points to be gained from on-line codes and by buying certain products which offer more points.

  • Hi My friend was told over the weekend that next OOTW was going to be in the Strictly sensational range. Hope not anyone else heard anything about what it might be.

Does anyone know if these kind of things are in the Boxing Day sales? As if I'm getting it for myself, I may as well just wait till then anyway.

Yeah all that sort of stuff will be if there is any left. I would say if there is something you really want and would be gutted to not get it you are best just to buy it before the sale. Also if it goes on ootw you will get it cheaper then than in the 50% off sale and not much of the good stuff is left for the 75% off generally.
