when your billed 3 weeks and 5 days apart.
just checked my bank account this morning and vodafone have taken £57 from my account. rang them and informed them that they were a week early and i normally pay my bill the first week of the new month.
the guy from cuistomer services tells me they take it out 14 days after your invoice date.
Septembers invoice 16/09/10 taken 01/10/2010
octobers invoice 11/10/10 taken 27/09/2010
i make that 3 weeks and 4 days between invoices. 24 days. even the shortest month of the year has 28 days.
So now im overdrawn today and dont get paid till tomorrow. thank you Vodafone. they have promised to refund my bank charges but i must send them a bank statement to prove it
