Been a bit of a spendy day today.

nipped into Asda spent £9 on cheese wraps a sandwich meal deal for me as I was getting hungry. Nipped into the range and managed to get a diary………..that was like really hard to find
so I paid off my car last month and how does it repay me?????? The fly wheel is done 🤬🤬🤬
so I’ve had to put my new shiny part on my credit card for the tidy sum of £500 ……..poor hubby still at the garage trying to fix it ……could have been worse Vauxhall quoted me £2k 🥴

Sorry about the car, how annoying!

Afternoon
how is everyone.
im busy catching up on childminding paperwork really let it slip tbh but I’m on it now and gradually updating each kids folder, thank goodness for photographs for evidence lol
I’ve done a balance transfer off my bank of Scotland card as that’s where Abbie’s car insurance and my expensive car part is on and I’ve transferred it over to the the Barclaycard at 0% so that will get paid off but tbh I’m not in a rush it’ll be paid off by the end of the year and that’s all that matters,
what’s is wrong with me not to get it cleared pronto? It’s at zero percent and I don’t intend to add to it.
we are hoping to get away to Florida for xanders 16th and kks 9th birthday so my aim is to save up and get that paid for as well as the tickets for universal……we will only be doing one day at Disney as it’s soooooo expensive and we’ve been before. Abbie and her finance will be joining us the week after we arrive
so far I have paid £900 deposit for the 6 of us
arranged travel insurance for all 2 separate policies
paid £150 deposit for our universal tickets
Applied for 5 visas still to do Abbie’s when her passport arrives as it’s now been verified
I’ve put £500 into my savings so it’s a start so all child benefit and college wages plus house keeping money will be getting put by in order to pay it off then I can start saving up our spending money.
so far this is what is outstanding
£3445 for me hubby and the two boys for 2 weeks
£1840 for abbie and Jacob but they are paying for half of this so not too bad
£1566 on universal tickets which will be used as we loved it so much better than disney
so I’ll tackle mine and the boys first the. Hopefully it’ll have a knock on effect
still to book a hotel room the night before we leave but that’ll be with the travelogue we usually stay at as we know that area of Manchester well now.
also need to book abbie and Jacob their mega rider tickets as they can get a bus straight from Glasgow which will drop them off at the airport directly so it means I know they’ll definitely get to the airport. Need to see what we are doing for the return as the jet lag was brutal last time.
hubby starts his new job Thursday and it’s monthly pay……….going to take a bit to adjust to but we will manage and but it’s more money so that’s good news.NEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.055 -
