That’s a very respectable amount of spending money 👍 Sounds like it will do Abbie the world of good to get away from it all, she’s not had the best of times recently. Think i've pulled something in my shoulder again and do you know how I did it???
SCRUBBING THE LIFE OUT MY OVEN OF ALL THINGS..........spent 1.5 hours scrubbling the glass (don't judge) with the pink stuff its super sparkly now and it'll be staying that way. just the top to do now.hubby thinks i'm anxious cleaning, he might be right but I ain't complaining as my kitchen is uber sparkly ad I need to clear the breakfast bar as well then wash floors tonight and I'm done with the kitchen.
food parcels for this week are sitting at 54 we are going down slowly which is a great sign so they have the list ready for deliveries today. submitted my complaint against a committee member yesterday so that's the ball rolling on that one, just had enough of these people trying to derail the good work of those that had to come on, including myself to fix the mess they left and because it's been a success they are annoyed instead of being proud of how we have managed to come together and help out all these families within the local community.
Started paying down the very account sent £28.50 over this morning so I have £44.02 left so if i get paid tomorrow by one of my parents then I'll just clear the account and then tackle the emergency fund of the money I used for the new washing machine and the annual house insurance payment. also need to clear the small balance on my credit card which is sitting at £225 so nothing major but would like this cleared before I go on holiday so that I can come home and focus on hubby's credit card and getting that cleared before Xmas.
Todays jobs is to order Abbie's birthday cards, will get them done on moonpig I think, i normally get my cards at the card factory but I think because it's a special birthday i better make the effort. We also have my mum in laws birthday on the same day as Abbie's i've got her gift from the kids in and I need to arrange payment of her gift from us. Will do that over the weekend depending on the hit we take on going to costco tomorrow as getting abbie's cake from their.
also need to message all my avon customers and remind them we are collecting the books tonight hopefully after the fiasco of the missing items by the time i get the avon orders here for the end of the month they will have fixed out their packing issues. so busy day today as I'm also working 8am til 3pm (wee one having his breakfast)
Happy Friday peeps xx

I always end up scrubbing my oven's glass with a brillo pad, it's a lot quicker and hasn't damaged it at all. We won't mention the time I scrubbed off the oven temperature numbers on my old oven though.
All sounding very busy as usual, hope you get some relaxation time later.

What a week! Hope Abbie's ok now. Well done on the holiday fund, and as ever, I'm amazed with how much you achieve,

We went to costco in glasgow to order abbie's cake and platters for her party ended up coming out £275 lighterto be fair I did get a mud kitchen that I was looking for as I received funding from the government to get resources then COVID-19 kicked in and I couldn't order it so picked on up for £80 plus VAT so was cheaper than buying it online.
Got some alcohol whilst we ere there too as well as a huge tub of pretzels, some pasta dishes for out dinner, other food and loads of bottles of juice, would be rude not to lol
Yesterday we went for a long walk all around the car dealers as Abbie's BF needed a new car and it was a success, we found one for him that fits his budget and hes about £20 a month better off than his last finance deal on his written off car so winner winner. Nipped into the Range and spent £20 on a scrap book for Abbie's picture book I'm putting together for her party which will have her pictures from birth to now. That's my job for Wednesday when I'm off work, could get use to this day off during the week but it will come to an end when I get back from holidaywas nice whilst it lasted
Done my money juggling whilst the kiddies are eating their snacks, cleared the very account woo hoo
I have now got a balance of £386.90 on my credit card will get this cleared hopefully before we go on holiday so I can come back and have a clean slate and completely focus on hubby's credit card which will be getting a hammering when I get back as want it gone for Xmas.
right off to build some lego with the boys xx

Good result on Abbie's BF's new car. You're so focused that I have no doubt that the cc will be clear by Xmas. If you could bottle your focus and determination and sell it you'd make a fortune 😁I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2
