Morning
I slept in well nearly. hubby got up at 6am well his alarm went of three times and he still tried to go back to sleep !!!!!! so i had to tell him to get up then i heard beeping.....yip the smoke alarms back up battery decided it wanted to run out so had to try and get the smoke alarm down and remove the battery thankfully hubby was awake at this point and got it down and guess what i don't have a square battery so will send Xander up to the shops once hes had his breakfast.
We back to bed and my alarm went off at 8am as I intended to do some exercise but switched my alarm off and woke up at 9am oops considering i start work at 9.15am today queue a quick dash to get dressed and teeth brushed. and put a washing on seeing as its a beautiful day.....hes happily playing away with the little cars whilst i catch up on my banking.
sent £209.29 towards the barclaycard. I reckon I'll be done with this card by middle of April if all goes well can't wait so i can prep for our holiday, if it happens.
I've wrote a list of all the stuff that needs done around the house, hubby not impressed but I don't care we will be making the most of us being at the house. I managed to disinfect all the internal and external doors and i also managed to dig up two dying rosebushes that were in the front garden and removed all the weeds and rubbish. Took me a couple of hours but what a difference it makes looks so clean and tidy. need to give the pathway a quick sweep will do that after I've finished working although I've recently discovered that hubby has disassembled my outdoor brush so he could use it for his bike, not impressed tbh
we defrosted the turkey crown we got at Xmas and had a lovely roast dinner last night and we have more than enough to make a lovely curry for tonight.
Today's plans is to do some homeschooling and then we are drawing Easter eggs which will be put on our window so the kids out doing their walk can go on a Easter Egg Hunt, was something I saw on fb so defo doing that with all the kids.

Morning.......how is everyone.
Hubby has been told he misses the cut off date for the furlough by 9 days if his work is to close. So if his work closes its all down to my income ..........again. Hubby could see how peeved I was when I realised this but I've got to look at it that I'm still getting paid so it's hitting home all the more need to get this emergency fund of £1000 up and running. So far I have £530 and when hubby gets paid at the end of the week I'll be putting his wages straight in there. I'm very grateful that we can still function financially. The good news is hubby still has a job so when this all blows over and business can function again then at least we know he doesn't need to go job hunting again.
Sent £10.53 towards the barclaycard, should have been the avon money hitting it but when I went to the post office yesterday they've changed their hours and close at 2pm, I finished work at 3pm and don't want t the the wee mindee out if I can help it so will need to do it tomorrow morning. Still aiming to get this card gone by the middle of the month then I'll clear the small balance on my Halifax card then it's passports for the boys.
mindee playing with his cars, his favourite so I've done my banking and need to transfer the money from paypal that my Avon customers have paid into my bank account.
Productive plans for today is to get the ironing all done whilst mindee has his nap and do my joe wicks workout, did two videos last night after I finished work and worked up a swear so I'm back on it and also logging everything I eat as started to feel awfully sluggish after a week of non exercise and eating not too well.
Right off to build some lego towers with the wee one xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.054 -
