You are doing so well abba!
If your house is now worth 90K plus, then you'll be under 75% LTV which should help you get a better deal, particularly if your debt levels are less too!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". afternoon
been a busy bee last two days......when am I not tho
did my community volunteering last night spent 3.5 hours taking minutes at our meeting will need to get these typed up and distributed this week as their big annual meeting is taking place in April so want to be organised for this.
Sent £7 something towards the hubby's barclaycard and I've worked out how we are doing for pennies as mortgage is due on Monday as we are doing fine.
Hubby struggling the lack of not working, hes got plenty to do but I think knowing hes not bringing in the pennies is actually annoying him to the point he got a wee dig in as I asked him if he wanted to go to the cinema on Saturday for a wee date night and his response was I don't know I don't control the purse...........well you can imagine the response he got the silly man
Today has been productive, I done my banking this morning, paid my Care Inspectorate annual fees before I forgot, tried to register on the new council website and can't figure it out so sent a email asking if I'm doing anything wrong.
One of the wee ones I look after wasn't 100% after being ill over the weekend so they've had a movie and popcorn day, gotta love the minions then we got caught in the downpour doing the nursery runhowever managed to get rd of a bag to the schools charity clothes bin so at least that's something out the house and I've listed a fitbit up for sale on FB so here's hoping for some extra pennies
Tonight I will be attending 2 gym classes tonight might not be able to move afterwards though as I haven't been since Wednesday night but I'll do two tonight two tomorrow night and one on Thursday night as well as one on Saturday. so that'll be 7 classes this week, defo aiming for a loss this week as I gained a pound on weigh in dayso I'm tracking everything as I have a stone and 4lbs to get back to my wedding weight and I want it gone for holiday in August which is feasible just need to stop eating so much rubbish, roll on the weather when we can enjoy lots and lots of salads and lighter food.
Right off to get some ironing done and fling the floor mats in the washing machine as this weather is not nice with everyone trailing in their dirty feet in the hallway, good job its a shoes off house here

Morning
I am shattered gym classes were brutal then I woke up at 2 in the morning and couldn't get back to sleep for ages..............grrrrrr I'm so tired
today's plan is playgroup in the town centre so I'll need to get the bus so will grab lunch for the kids in greggs a a wee treat then its nursery runs and schools runs, will try and get the ironing pile tackle today whilst wee ones have naps but i'm absolutely shattered..............got two classes at the gym tonight xx
Pennies are starting to get tight but still haven't dipped into the the savings yet go me just need to make it to Tuesday and we will be fine
sent £8.57 towards the hubby's card it going down slowly but surely hoping to be under the £3k mark by the 1st as its no council tax month next month so that'll be getting chucked towards it as it's money I shouldn't technically be missing

Evening
This friday was seriously testing my patience.......here's how it panned out- woke up at 1am with a stonking migraine which i seriously thought my eyeball was going to pop out
- mindee decided to pee all over the playgroup toilet cause he didn't tuck his little member and then me realising I didn't have a change of clothes so had to phone hubby to ask him to bring a set......he's my hero
- was about to tidy up the playgroup when the fire alarm went off so we had to rush everyone and all the kids out into the freezing cold so queue mad dash to rush back upstairs and tidy the place up
- got soaked on the nursery run
- heachache has lingered all day and eye has been blurry on and off
on the plus side I've finished working woo hoo its the weekend I have however still got Avon to do tonight so dinner is on so we are out promptly drop xander off at his party and get home
Got my funding through for my outdoor resources so spent £449.99 already it's a huge teepee, was £889.99 on another website but found it direct from the manufacturer for £449.99 double checked the dimensions it's going to be huge but the kids will love it. Just goes to show if you put early years infront of resources it's a licence to print money. Still got my chalkboard, mud kitchen and utensils to buy and if any money left i'll be buying solar power fairy lights and large cushions for inside the teepee.
cleared my halifax of abbies glasses I put on there last week and sent £5.60 towards hubbys card.........aim of this card is to get it under the £2k point by the end of March, will be uber tight but going for it.
Hubby had a interview today so hopefully we will hear something soon I've already told him I won't be replying on it so it'll be getting chucked towards the debt so I can start saving pennies for the holiday.
right off to sort dinner and clear the table.
