Happy Christmas from me too :)

Wow Turkey in August will be hot hot hot. We went in August 7 years ago and it was 40 degrees plus even at night, I love hot weather but even I was looking for places with air con. We had a villa in Kalkan.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

Hope everyone had a fab Xmas we did in the abba household

Spent all day gutting the house it's all sparkling now decorations are still up tho they'll come down soon tho

Think I'm done with the debt repayments for 2019 ........paid off over £13300 :eek::eek::eek::eek:

    I'm very chuffed with that

So heres how I'm leaving 2019 on the debt front

Very £299 (boys Nintendo switch) will get this paid off first
    Argos £112
    Hubby's barclaycard £3199 on 0%
Halifax £2800 (this is our holiday to turkey) this will getting tackled after the very account is cleared as this is charging interest

    This makes it £6410 :T

This does not include hubby's other credit card which is getting tackled after we get back from holiday

And I'm not counting the pcp on the car as this has two years left to run thankfully we are loving the car and of course the mortgage :D

I would love to get the £6410 cleared by June :eek::eek::eek::eek: then after its cleared I would like to save our spending money as we don't go away til August so would be doable ;) quite tight but I'm going to give it a bash

We also hit silver in the avon so I'll be getting my £50 reward voucher shortly :T

Hubby has his friends round they are drinking in the garage and hopefully stay there :rotfl: boys are away to their grabs for the night and miss Peggy is snoring her head off on my lap :rotfl:

Tasks for tomorrow is to tackle the playgroups accounts for the year whilst hubby recovers from his hangover :rotfl: here's hoping it gets done xx

  • Wow, an amazing amount of debt cleared. That is incredible.

I love reading your little pay offs in the debt free forum as they just show that anything is possible.

Have a lovely day and sure you will get round to sorting the playgroup accounts. x

Glad you had a good Christmas :j

That is a phenomenal amount to have paid off, well done :T :T If you did that this year, then £6k by June should definitely be achievable.
