Afternoon :hello:
Sent £96 something over to the barclaycard :j only £82.43 til the window loan is offically cleared then the £500 was the money I withdrew for mil who wanted to move but ended up not doing it so we bought the puppy with it :rotfl: this will be cleared next week when the council pay me for the hours they use with me :T
Told hubby the balance would be gone next week to say his face was like this  was quite funny :rotfl: he genuinely looked shocked as he hasn't a clue how I tackle the debt and I intend to keep it that way. Told him we can get the car paint work fixed next week seeing as the balance will be cleared so he can pay the £200 to get it all fixed, saving a fortune as it's one of his car painter friends who's doing it, I got quoted £700 to fix the chips and the big scuff mark I put on the side of the car coming into the driveway :rotfl:
Also got a couple of people round to give me a quote for the regrouping of my bathroom........it's mostly tiled been told £250 so I need to regiggle some pennies round for next week and get it done as want the paper stripped in the bathroom and redone for Xmas
Got my avon all organised for tonight :T delivered 4 this morning and dropped off two books off, got one to drop off at the school at 3pm and one is getting collected before we head off to do our rounds.NEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -

Sorry I have been awol I have been debt busting but it's been a very stressful here in the abba household.
In a nutshell my daughter has moved out temporarily as she was wallowing in her anxiety / depression instead of trying to help herself and it all came to a head when my Kk age 6 had a panic attack on Monday.
Since I took a step back she's actually applied for jobs and has a interview next Friday :T but she's living temporarily with the bf and his family to see how it affects us as a household and also how it affects her if it actually makes her realise I'm not the bad person by asking her to get a job to support herself as we've lost about £400 a month since she's quit college but she still expected me to pay for her driving lessons  not a chance
We had an emergency cahms appointment today for Abbie and they've said the boundaries I've put in place are not unreasonable and they've agreed to liaise with our doctor to get her on anti depressants which is a relief that they are finally listening to me and Abbie
Kk had another wee wobble today but I managed it better and his teacher has been fab very supportive
On the debt busting side of it is that the barclaycard is cleared :T so no more window loan to worry about and I cleared the Argos card today as well :T feels like a relief tbh. Only debt we have is the car finance and hubby's two credit cards :T
Next target .......write Xmas list and set a budget
And I've offically started my Xmas shopping got Kk two dragon toys for £18 as Argos have 20% off toys if you spend £20 or more so worked out cheaper than Tesco :T only one more dragon toy to get and he has the set :T
It's moving day for my best friend I've hired a van for her and hubby is going straight after work and helping her move but I had to put it on my Halifax dad but I'll clear this whenever I can get bothered :rotfl: so me and the boys are doing the avon tonight and hoping we can get finished by the time hubby and my friend gets here so we can help unpack the van :T so busy busy busy dayNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
Sorry to read about the latest happenings abba.
Late teenage years are tough at the best of times.
Poor wee Kk
You can only do your best.
400 a month is a huge hit for you.
Which CC is the next on the list for next year?

Sounds like you've handled everything brilliantly. I hope abbie gets the help she needs and things improve for you all. Poor KK too, hope he's ok.
Well done on clearing the barclaycard :T"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Morning :hello:
Over the weekend I managed to collect £630 in avon orders and I've still got a book collection on Friday so should be a good earner as it's the second last book before Xmas
Poor hubby is off sick he's caught the bug Kk had at the weekend and it's completely floored him ..........hopefully he keeps it to himself
Feels weird not to be debt busting after hitting the loan hard over the last couple of months but by clearing a lot of debt this year I've managed to save £340 a month roughly so I'm very pleased with that. Only hubby's credit cards to go and then it's just the car and mortgage left :j
Hubby's barclaycard has £3489.50 on it so I'll be paying the minimum until after Xmas the. I'll be hitting this just as hard as want it all gone.
I've started to write out my Xmas list it's quite a list but I'm making progress :T and I've started putting money by for the Livingston tripduring the Black Friday weekend so my target is £800 doubtful I'll hit it but so far I have £186.37 / £800 hoping to have it to the £300 by the end of the week
Toddler group I sent cancelled again so a day in the house it is just as well as it's miserable.
Need to nip into the housing association as my friend has just moved into the area :j:j:j:j but I need to report her pipe work is leaking in the kitchen under the sink so that's on my to do list today as she's at work and I've finally got my log in details for my new gas and electricity account switchover so need to submit my meter readings so I need to do this today. The switchover is saving me £20 a month and maybe next week I'll phone sky and haggle a new deal to save extra pennies :cool:NEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050
