sorry i've been awol been on everyday just not on my diary ...........sorry
a lots been happening.....
Abbie's quit collegeI'm gutted for her but she says a weight has been lifted off her shoulders as she didn't think the course was right for her she is reapplying for another course but this wont start til next august as she wants to do music which she is amazing as as she can play the keyboard, piano and ukulele plus she sings as well. she says she wants to be a secondary school music teacher but shes afraid it'll be hard with her state of mind at the moment so I've told her to concentrate on the music side of things and then take the teacher section head on in a few years.
Shes now looking for a job to keep her mind busy so that's today's plan is to start applying for jobs within our area so at least shes not given up
Her cahms counselor has went on long term sick so we have no idea when her next counselling session will be as they wont let her see anyone else as it means Abbie starting over again with someone else after shes made so much progress with this counsellor so we need to go back to the doctors and see if we can get her prescribed anti depressants as this is what the counsellor had refered her to the psychotherapist for.
sinus infection still not cleared up had a constant headache for 3 and half a weeks and i'm miserable with it sch a moan i am :rotfl:
positive news is that I'll have the barclaycard cleared in about 2 weeks if not less as sat down and worked it all outthen it'll be paying off the tiny bits on the other accounts then it'll be on to saving for xmas, need to write a list of what to get everyone this year and get organised.
right off to take the stuff i cleared out the boys room to the tip and then off to get stuff for dinner as having my gran, mil and fil round for dinner xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -

That's a great result with Avon :T :T
Well done to Abbie for knowing what she wants and having a plan to get there. Good luck with the job hunt!
If she's keen to keep on learning while she's waiting, there's some great free sites out there - Future learn and Open Learn (which is the OU). They have some great short courses both interest based and academic based and you can get certificates of participation at the end so useful for her future CV. Open learn have one on teaching secondary music. It might be more advanced than she is looking for, but might be a good overview. https://www.open.edu/openlearn/education/teaching-secondary-music/content-section-1"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". It never rains but it pours..............from the kitchen ceiling
Been on at hubby as I suspected we had a leak in the bathroom as whenever someone uses the shower there was watering appearing in the kitchen :mad: however whenever I asked hubby to look at it it never got done  so now I've taken matters into my own hands as I've phoned a plumber and they are coming out between 1pm and 5pm today, hopefully they can fix it within a hour as it's £65 per hour :eek::eek: hoping it's something simple.
Bit of a pain but I'm glad we've not put the fake ceiling up in the kitchen yet otherwise this would have been missed
Also I switched my gas and electricity through uswitch, thought it was all done then realised I hadn't had any communication regarding the meter readings so phoned the new supplier to find out its got lost ????? I got confirmation from the company confirming my switch so someone is phoning me back but tbh their customer service has been lovely so I'll continue to switch over with them xx
Positives of today is toddler group has been cancelled again so saving pennies on bus fares, toddler fees and general walking about the shops :T and I sent £10 towards the barclaycard as Abbie paid me back a tenner she owed me so put it across there.
It's cold here heating is on  but at least I'm getting a washing dry.........trying to remain positive :rotfl:NEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
