That's a good way to run things and definitely don't tell him what you're doing with it! Just think what you can do with all this cash once it's gone?!

The point is Abba, you'll have options :) the world will be your oyster and the sky is the limit (and all sort of other cliched but true sayings :) )

For me, I'm just looking forward to a nice robust savings pot, money to treat the kids, some nice holidays and the house done how we want it. It's the simple things.

What you've described is exactly what I want, money put by, do more things with the kids, more holidays and I want to rerender the house and get the front garden all slabbed xx

Same debt payment target, same goals, same part of the country - hopefully we'll both reach our goals sooner rather than later too :)

    Afternoon :hello:

Schools are off here for a week  still up early tho as I had playgroup to set up and I'm not even working today :rotfl: 12 kids attended but sounded like more :rotfl:

Sent £10 towards the barclaycard today need to watch pennies as I normally spend a bit more during the holidays as we go to the cinema and soft play .......on a budget of course :D

Nsd today so far tho we are going out a wee game of bowling tonight after our dinner tonight so that'll be less than £20 :D

Avon coming along nicely have just over £500 in orders and we still have a another collection on Friday :D so quite pleased with that

Kids watching scooby doo the movie.....all theee of them  so I'm off to look for surveys and put a wash on then I'll do my exercise DVD after their movie is done :D

    Happy Monday peeps xx

You're doing amazingly well with Avon! Must make a great difference to your income having the extra come in. Did it take you a long time to build up such a strong customer base?

Didn't know you guys got a week off - mine are just off Mon-Weds thankfully. Junior is out with his uncle and cousin today, a day at a holiday club tomorrow and with his aunt on Wednesday. Thankfully didn't need to take time off this time so can save a few days for the Easter break.

Enjoy the peace while Scooby Doo is on!

I've been doing to 9 years now and it's only the last couple of years it's really took off think this us due to two reps in the area quitting (one ex rep is one of my best customers) don't get me wrong our orders used to be £300 to £400 which is roughly £75-£100 every three weeks which isn't to be sniffed at

The money definitely comes in handy as I leave our half in my purse so it pays for days/meals out and it defo helps with the debt repayments for a extra push

And last week I got awarded top independent rep so I'm doing something right

Plus got new customers this week as our local cafe asked for some books to be dropped off for their customers to browse through so that's paying off already xx
