Good luck with the mortgage. You deserve to get you have scrimped so hard.
First few months are tough but worth it to have your own nest.
I love fluffy carpets all my bedrooms now have shag pile ones. Not sure if they would clean up with little ones. Got one big shaggy rug in my lounge, which surprisingly still looks as new after 6 years.
Fingers and toes crossed x
I'll get them stain protected if I have to :rotfl: need to see if it actually exists lol xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -

I haven abandoned the spending part of my diary I promise things have just been hectic
Only spent £1.15 on a book for xander yesterday as my wee gran took us out for lunch so that was free :j
Gave Abbie £40 towards her Italy trip so the balance is slowly going down :T:T
Today set up playgroup it's getting busy :T then popped back to the house for a quick lunch then it was off to the nursery run dropped a avon off then walked into town to drop off our id and proof of savings so that's something else off the list..............spent £8 on two Mother's Day cards for my gran and my mil and a mug with a teddy bear so that's us sorted xx
Really watching the penny's at the moment trying to be very careful hubby's got a homer this weekend so hopefully we can get through the weekend without touching our bank accountsNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
Evening :hello:
How are we all ???? I've had a very up and down day lol
Managed to get a wash load out on the line first thing this morning and it dried :T so that's the first of this year :j then tried to get hold of a parent who's kid never turned up  she doesn't know if he's coming back due to a family member being ill  so need to start advertising and see if I can fill this space I have
Set up playgroup £1 and 11 kids attended :T so numbers seem to be staying over the 10 mark do that's good news xx
Nipped into town and handed in the paperwork required by the solicitors so so far we are all up to date :T home report is due to get refreshed which means our mortgage application will be getting put through on Thursday :T so fingers crossed peeps
The parent who hadn't paid me for 4 weeks  has finally coughed up some money :j so she paid £140 so now she only owes me £98 so gave Abbie £60 towards her Italy trip so that's £250 towards it so far only £200 to go before it paid off :T and gave her £10 towards her lunches and will put the rest into the bank
To top my day off I got my reminder my smear test is due :rotfl: you couldn't make it up lol xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
