    Thanks for your replies everyone.

    I finally heard from the seller this morning, and they've received the item back and are issuing my refund. :)

    Was just unsure of the process, but if I've to ever return something again I'll make sure I send it trackable. :o

    I meant about the buyers, Soo. I know about the sellers and dispute situation - have done for a while.

    I don't know whether the threshold is high enough to make sure that unavoidable disputes go through - I may be a little concerned about this myself, but I haven't had many as a seller so I don't know 100%. I'd be prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt and suggest that it's a relatively reasonable allowance, but I don't sell much at the moment so haven't been worrying particularly about it.

    I'm more concerned that the buyers are being watched themselves.

  • Hi horse76, I'm glad you got it sorted. I once returned an Ebay item and it never arrived.
    I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:
