I finally heard from the seller this morning, and they've received the item back and are issuing my refund.
Was just unsure of the process, but if I've to ever return something again I'll make sure I send it trackable.

I meant about the buyers, Soo. I know about the sellers and dispute situation - have done for a while.
I don't know whether the threshold is high enough to make sure that unavoidable disputes go through - I may be a little concerned about this myself, but I haven't had many as a seller so I don't know 100%. I'd be prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt and suggest that it's a relatively reasonable allowance, but I don't sell much at the moment so haven't been worrying particularly about it.
