Sending Text Messages From My Home Computer

I have ADSA Pay as You Go (well, I will have in the next few days.
I was wondering if it is cheaper still to send text messages from my home computer (as I am often at home). So I have had a look at suggestions on Martins web site. However, I cannot work out where do I turn the incoming messages off if I use the CBFSMS system. Is it somewhere on their web site, or on my iphone? Thank you for your help.
