Help please

We have one main computer and two laptops using Tiscali/Talk Talk wireless broadband. This has been working fine until yesterday we noticed the main pc wouldnt connect to the internet. The laptops are working fine so I am reluctant to mess around with it too much.

Obviously it is not a Talk talk problem so I thought maybe it is the leads. Have checked these - the ethernet cable is plugged into the back of the tower and I have switched off the router and switched it on again. So everything seems fine, would be grateful for any ideas please.

Sorry to sound ignorant, but do you mean on the router. If so there are 5 lights on the router, think this looks normal. Not sure what you mean by network card, what or where is this. Thanks
