Ideal for the long service VW Diesels £10 a litre at Asdas hope it helps as the Golf for one is very picky on the oils it can use

    It's a good price... but it's still going to cost me £90 for an oil change :(



    I think I'll use Halfords own brand fully synthetic at £42 for 5 litres.

    Does the Gulf oil meet VW 507.00 / 504.00 specification? as as far as i am aware only these do

    Castrol Edge 5w 30
    Fuchs Titan GT1
    Motul VW SPECIFIC
    Millers Oils XF Longlife
    Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30
    Halfords 5W30 VW/Audi

    And Castrol Edge is still cheaper at Asdas even if you are a member @ Opie the cheapest you can get it is still £12.14 a litre with delivery on top

    Works out cheaper again by buying 20litres... 4x5L

    I cant remember what it as VW price wise...
