Well i went to bed last night and was happily in the land of nod when i awoke to what i thought was my alarm going off to get me up, scrabbled around for phone and eventually got it - at the same time wondering why the room was so dark if it was morning - turns out someone had been ringing me up - at 4am  - probably a wrong number as it just showed the number that had rang me and not a name. Now, i have probably posted this before, i am not the best sleeper - it takes me ages to get to sleep and being disturbed at 4am is no exception to this rule. So although i was up fairly early decided to give the swim a miss as i might have just sunk! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Still quite tired but have checked on-line banking, done and doing free bingo, will wash up in a bit too but have to put the heating on to do this and its quite warm already. Checked for any MS's and made my PAD for the day - again just from funds in the account, nothing extra generated at the moment (or arrived into the account to allow more)

Quite anxious as OH went to his parents last night and i think they are aware that things are difficult between us at the moment. Unfortunately i think this means they would say something to OH with the best of intentions but this would actually make things worse between us :( I do feel this is my fault though as usually when they are singing his praises i keep quiet but lately i have instead said things like "Really, i wouldn't know he never told me about it" or "i havent really seen him he has been out alot" Oh dear! Well its done now isn't it... will see what the day brings...

As I'm up now though i can get on with listing some of those things on e-bay but first another cuppa :coffee: and some breakfast :)

    PAD

    :)
2 £5 off target 1 - again just from the very little funds i have in my current account :)

Very, very tired this morning. Went to bed quite early yesterday after being out all day and having a nice lunch. 'Twas an NSD as anticipated :D Now its the start of the week and i am so not looking forward to going to work. Just spent an hour looking for a job in this and any surrounding areas. Things i may want to apply for which offer training etc. are so low pay that it would be impossible for me to apply for even without the debt :o as the income from these wouldn't even cover the mortgage and essential bills :(

Off to check what PAD i can do today and if there is any money arriving into or out of my account.

Finally got round to e-mailing tutor about catching up on my course - hoping he says my plan of action is fine then i'll just have to crack on with it :T Fingers crossed for me here please people.

Ugh! I've also got to phone the garage later to see whats happening with my car :(

4 £9.59 off target 1 as interest has been added so wanted to cover this and reduce the amount owed

Rang course guidance people up and it seems i need to await my tutor agreeing for me to catch up and then they have to agree the catch-up too and then i can get on with it - i hope i get a reply fast though as if i get a reply Thursday saying yes submit your assignment Friday i'll be

I also completed the registration for my next course - what a morning of getting things done :T

Hey DDFW, hope all is well, and everything went ok with OH's visit to his folks.

Fingers crossed the news is ok about the car later.

Sorry to hear about the job hunting. What area do you work in? Ignore me if that's too nosey. Hope you manage to find something soon.

    Hi jwil,

Everything seemed fine with OH i think :o - Getting car back, again, although from what i can gather its a bit trial and error - trying it with a new part and it may break down again :(

Erm - my job is very basic and very dull - previously i had skills in training but as i couldn't get a job in this area following redundancy i am a few years out of the loop and when i applied for a job in this area recently the feedback i received explained the successful candidate had current experience of this and also experience specifically in the systems used (would have been new to me) So now I want to concentrate on my studies. Although a job that doesn't leave me stressed out would help loads with this too

Would like to report a NSD as spends today were out of budget for travel and budget for groceries - so all good there :D

Well done on the NSD and glad all was ok with OH.

Shame about the car though, grrr!

I imagine training is one of those areas where jobs are relatively few at the moment. I have a friend that works in training and pretty much every time I see her they have cut more staff from her department. And one positive thing is that training skills are very transferable so I'm sure a fab new job will turn up eventually!

    Day 9 £5 off target 1 - MS money

Although i know target 1 *should* be cleared next week - depending on if the wages department get my wages right :undecided i really want to push on that this week to try and clear it beforehand. Have the same problem i had last month though that when money comes in from MS's or p/t work etc. i am using this as my float for MS - if i was debt free it'd be alot easier to withdraw £200 from the bank and then say this is my rolling float for MS's - oh well - as long as in the long run its all money earned and the debt heads in the right direction thats the main thing right?

Have done a couple of things that i've been putting off today as borrowed funds off OH :o - it was paying utility bills and as i knew i didn't have that much to cover them i was  but all done now :T also dealt with some correspondence i'd been putting off yesterday :D

Erm, got to update my spending diary later - might have bought a fabby pair of shoes for £7 :T:T:T i also saw a great purse and bag £28 would be the total cost but i managed to resist... for now... anyone can try and talk me out of it. In good news i accepted £50 worth of MS's as i thought this might help balance the cost :) Or maybe once i clear target 1 it can be an affordable reward? ;)

Got alot to do today / this weekend -

Finish and submit assignment - priority
    Do the 2 item move
    wash pots
get work bag ready for next week
    sort out work diary
    list on ebay
    a little walk

Please feel free to give me a stern talking too if you see my light on or i don't update at 250 word intervals today :D
