Afternoon all!
ebayqueen - how are you ? I am ok thanks plotting and planning to follow
jwil - thanks - it is good OH is on board too it does make it easier
Okay a bit of a plan of action is needed over the next few days !
I have got a few days off you see :T which is good as the house is in CHAOS still and it will be good to get some stuff sorted out so that i am not going to work and coming home facing it all continuallyPlus i'm not then thinking about the 'stuff' i have to do all of the time
So what do i need to do?
Sort out work bag
Sort out work clothes
Sort out non-work bag
Print all paperwork needed
Sort out toiletries - seems a small task but i have lots of annoying part bottles of stuff
Sort out stuff not keeping - was going to sell but family have asked for it instead - ah well! they're going to a good home eh?
Write food shopping list
Write shops shopping list - my milkwhite legs are facing a tights emergency and although i don't want to spend anything i'd consider this a necessity
Try on those sales clothes - at lastAND make a decision!
Try on carbooty looty AND make a decision
Do all hand washing
Wash pots - just a usual job
Move pots - as above
Move at least 20 items a day - if i'm off for a couple of days shifting 40 things should be very do-able
Sort out PO claim for missing item
Washing
Drying
Ironing
Finish book
Clean mop bucket
Pack parcel to post
Check in with work
Sort out plants
Buy bag of compost
All clothes not lifted out ready for the week or for eb*y to be put away
Strip bed
Wash bedding
Dry bedding
Re-do bed
Bedrooms dusted
Bedrooms hoovered
Dust hall stairs and landing
Hall, stairs and landing hoovered
Mop Hall
Downstairs all dusted
Downstairs all hoovered
Any bits left out that do not have a home to go in a big black bag
Find out how to do a claim with amaz*n - i am not paying for postage and return of an incorrectly sent item !
Check every day for a new job - almost goes without saying its so automatic to me now
Think this will do for now and i can see how i go on. Lunch is calling me just now and am peckish so will start that and update how i get on.
Hope you are all well xx

Well i've made a start on some bits of things and i do feel better for doing that. Not in the mood for trying on any clothes just now but i will do that later on.
It will be a slightly big-ish task i think as i feel a bit of a declutter coming on
My list seems to be developing more lists though as i sort out the shopping list and the shops list and then remembering letters i need to sort out too.
The way for me though just now is bit by bit so i'll do some more shortlyCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Morning ddfw
I have visions of you flying around your house at the speed of the Tazmanian devil getting things done. You put us all to shame ddfw ... you are so organised. I need to get a few things done today. Hi all,
I wouldn't say that i had an epic fail yesterday but i certainly achieved alot less than i had imagined or hoped
I did 1 x washing, 1 x drying and moved. 3 x pots and dry and move, moved 7 or 8 items from the 20 i should have donePrinted out the paperwork - but need to find some other paperwork too, checked for jobs, checked banking, made pad, wrote food list, wrote other shops list and then decided that would involve spending money so decided not to bother
decluttered a book, watched the footy and that was about it.
Part of the reason i didn't do as much as i wanted though was because i had a huge dizzy spell _pale_ the 3rd in as many daysand when that happens i can't do anything - unless i'm at work which means i just have to carry on working which is extremely hard to do and pro-longs the whole thing
When i've tried to work through it at home, because i can be stubborn like that
i have ended up falling over and literally crawling along on the floor with everything still spinning
then it takes alot longer for me to recover
So today there is mucho catching up to do.
Ebayqueen hon - i tried 2 x skirts on - 1 that was from the sales and a lovely 2nd hand one from this weekends carboot - pleased to say both fit and are really nice - actually i knew i was keeping the sales skirt as my mum borrowed it off me so i had to keep it anyways  the 2nd hand 1 was just £1 and if it hadn't fit i knew i'd easily get this back off the bay of e - its a really nice skirt and lovely for my holidays
I have also tried on the coat and will be keeping that - from £80 down to £10 and it really is a good high street brand, well made and is quite a classic - and considering the dreadful cold weather it'll be lovely and snug just now
The little black dress i got in the sale reduced from £49 to £10 is a fantastic target dress - as in i have to lose a few pounds before i wear it - it fits but would look so much better without my spare tyre :rotfl::rotfl: Actually we're going out with some friends - is it just me or do we all have friends who are more 'well off' than us ?Anyways we're going out with them in almost 2 months and it'll be great for me to wear this because a) isn't it always nice to put something new on ? An instant pick me-up b) i now know my mindset has changed - its less about me feeling like a 'haves' than a 'haves not' and more about me feeling good in myself - which combines with the losing the weight to wear the dress and then wearing a gorgeous dress that i love

Hey everyone
I am in an odd and somewhat tearful mood todayNot sure why i'm so overly emotional really
So i aim to keep busy and get a few more things tidied away and pop back here updating on my progressWhich i am hoping will all help
i have been giving myself a bit of a kick for perhaps not being as frugal as i can be- its the food shopping - i need to cut it down ! And yet i can't resist buying the reduced priced meat as it really is such a good saving and makes more than 1 meal usually
I am also not adding pulses and lentils and oats to tgings like chilli - i need to find out when to add these but haven't done so but things like this would make the food go further
So i aim to clear 1 shelf of the freezer - by eating out of the freezer of courseThis will then allow me to actually see whats in there and also not have a huge battle every time i try and lift something out
So 1 of the jobs for today is to sort out a meal plan for 3 days - the only 3 days me and my fella will get to eat together and this should also help me to keep the shopping down too
I am looking for fairly easy meals to make from whats in there though
i am not upset about the money i spent at the carbooty - i got some fantastic bargains here and even after i've worn the clothes i bought i can easily sell them on at the same price so that is fine. And my hobby stuff was a huge huge saving :T
I am glad i decided not to buy any new tights - maybe the answer is to let my little legs see the sun - although OH always comments that i'll blind people by the dazzling whiteness of them :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: But the money not spent is a good thing.
I also put in 3 complaints last month and these are the results:-
complaint 1 - product complaint returned to company
complaint 2 - service complaint
complaint 3 - claim for parcel i sent which wasn't received
Will/have receive/d from the above £33 and a book of stamps - the stamps more than cover what went missingthe product refund is almost 10x the price i paid and the service complaint i am happy with
I must sound like i complain alot but all of these were valid complaints.
Right i'll be back in a bit xCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Hey Everyone,
Well i've moved the pots and washed them again and there'll be more to do later
I've moved a few more bits which is good and OH has also noticed about a couple of things i've moved - mind you he's been moaning about them for months - Oops!Although i do wish that my moaning at him for his rubbish piled up would have the same result but no joy there sadly - and of course i am the one putting the house back in order. I have however taken the executive decision not to spend my time re-homing OH's carp
Just nabbed a cuppa :coffee: so will have this and then go and try on the rest of the clothesand along the way hope to either declutter or tidy some more bits and bobs out of the way
Quite pleased with what i've got on with as had another dizzy moment 4 days out of 4 is the most i've ever had  Still i'm managing just now so will try and get on with stuff
So brew time and then clothes timeCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000
