With tax credits you are allocated a total amount you are entitled to.
This figure is then divided by the amount of weeks remaining in the current tax year (from now until 5th April 2011) and payments are calculated accordingly.
I understand that you feel you have not be paid the money (you think) you are owed from 13th September but i can assure you that you have!
OK What about the disability premium - no mention of that on *any * of the forms - I did state on the application form that I was disabled and entitled to claim the extra money.....0 -

Do you think that HMRC have not included the disability premium in your award ?
If there is the possibility that you have not been awarded the premium then you need to get on the phone and let them know.
It should however show you on your award notice if you are receiving a disability premium?
Usually the disability premium can only be back dated 13 weeks but i know from personal experience that if you appeal the decision then chances are you will be awarded the premium from an earlier date.
What i suggest is that you go to the HMRC tax credits website and in put you details (hours worked , earnings , your disabilty etc) and see how much it states you are entitled to for the remainder of this tax year.
Then , once you get this figure divide it by 22 weeks (from now until 5th April) and see if this tallies with the weekly/monthly amount you are getting now.The loopy one has gone :j0 -
If you want to pm me some of your details i will try to work out your entitlement for you.
I would need :
How many adults in your family , their age and how many hours they work (include yourself)
How many children in your family and their ages
your income
other adults income
how many disabled people in family.
From this info i should be able to work out if you are getting the disability premium. The loopy one has gone :j0
