At the very end they give you a confirmation number which they say you can check on the website but I cant see where to enter the number to see the details onscreen?

Hi - I did the same. The automated system confirmed my block, row and seat numbers and a reference number. I have gone onto TMaster to then print receipt - using the "phone orders" section, entering the phone no. I used, cr card dets and Country of gig and nothing comes up either!! I have however been assured that it "takes time to come onto the system" - phew! The ref no. they gave me is similar to - and in the same format as - another no. I have for a gig for which I HAVE received tickets, so I am sure you are safe. See you there!!!

I bought tickets over the automated line and my reference number came up straight away when I went into my account

SIgn in to your TM account

GO to order history then you will see a section for telephone orders

It will ask you to enter your telephone number that you did on the phone omitting the 0 then your card number that you purchased with and country which majority will be UK

Mine was up instant it gives you the option of printing but tbh once you have entered the details it stays up in your order history anyway so there isnt much point

Thanks for the 0844847 2455 ticketmaster number. Being trying since 8.45am. called and booked for wembly friday 8th july(£165 for two tickets). then new dates for 9th july came up and called and booked for that since saturday is a much better day for us (child care issues) and booked for that too.(£197 for two tickets so they must be better tickets). So much money but its my husbands birthday on that day. so now i have two spare tickets for friday. all from nothing this morning. so happy!

Can someone please tell me if I did the right thing. I have tickets for Wembley, I was originally going to go for Standing/unreserved seating.

When I went on to get tickets this morning I changed my mind. The thing being we are trying for a baby at the moment, so if I get pregnant, big if I know, I would be 38 weeks at the time, so wouldn't want to queueing for hours to get the best position, but as I couldn't really afford any more than that price. So have gone for the reserved seats at £55 the same price as the unreserved/standing. They are obviously the furthest seats, think they were block 511. Now I am worried as people on other forums have said what is the point spending that much money to watch on a tv screen. Surely being there is what it's all about.

Bit annoying as with other dates being released through the day, maybe I didn't need to panic as much, I got mine in the first hour, and you start to panic with a clock ticking down that you only have 8 minutes left before your session will time out.

Just hope that as I was the one tasked with booking the tickets the other people I am with won't be dissapointed. I have been going back and forth in my head about this all day.

I booked my tickets at 11.56am and still havent had my confirmation email either although it did say it could take 4 hours at least for the email to come thru' so just have to wait but if nowts thru' by tomoz i'll be phoning them! their customer services number is 0871 230 0010

I found a number on google at 9.10am and called it and got through first time! Just printed off my confirmation of ticket master.The phone number is 0844499999911.Good luck all. They'll tell you where the tickets are left.

I just managed to get some tickets for Cardiff on the Tuesday from the ticketmaster website. Funny that when people have been selling them on ebay since this morning saying the event is already sold out.

God I hate ticket touts.
