I got mine at 9:13am by phone with ticketfactory. I have got a reference number and the block/seat numbers, but no email confirmation and nothing on my credit card statement. What if the person on the end of the phone took my details wrongly and messed it up?? I know there is high demand, but very worried

I haven't had mine either. When I've bought tickets before when busy has taken hours to come through. Stupidly used my work email as I couldn't remember the password for my normal account and didn't want to risk waiting for a password reminder so had to open a new account.

There is a customer service number on the confirmation page, from reading other posts I know others have called and been told there is a delay and not to worry.

I booked tickets this morning at 9.05am and I have still not recieved confirmation. I booked with seetickets.com has anyone else got a similar issue? Is there a contact number for seetickets?

After attempt 20 since your post I got through. Gave me the choice of Hampden for the 24th. Went through all the different seats trying to get 4 tickets. Eventually tried for 1 ticket anywhere and there wasn't any left. They are still coining in the money by letting you think there's still tickets. Totally disgusted now.
