Took over 4 hours for my email from ents24. It took a few hours of trying the refernce number retrieval before it came up with it so keep trying

If you go for general admission (which includes unreserved seating in lower tiers) then you'll have much more chance than sitting higher up.

One set of seats I got offered for £90 were in the upper tier at the back!!! Sorry but Gen Admission is better value than that!
