It doesn't show you tickets you paying for ? is it pot luck wether you are standing or seated?

FYI, if you haven't been to wembley, the best seats are the Level 1/Unreserved i.e CHEAPEST. You can walk in and decide if you want to stand somewhere, or find a seat, wayyyy closer than the tiers.

if you get stuck in a Ticketmaster loop, just close that browser session and start a new one - it seems to work better. Easy on multi-tab IE or Firefox.

Try this one - 0844 847 2455- it took me ages to get through but I did eventually and it's automated.

When you log onto the main page and click take that, it shows you all the available shows and each one is split into:

general admission - Standing and option seating in the lower tier

reserved seating - Seated tickets

and then packages and wheelchair tickets.

Thats where you choose what you want.

ok, I just gave in looking for tiers and got general admission. The poster above reminded me of when I went to see MJ at Wembley, and it was fine sat in the lower tiers.
