Kickboard/plinth heating

I am looking to remove an 15year old gas wall mounted heater out of my kitchen and replace it with one of the heates that fit under the kitchen units. I have no central heating pipes in this part of the house and need the wall space for a freezer...kitchen is really small.....does anyone have any reccomendations for me to…

We are looking at bathroom stuff at the mo, and we were told some towel rails have "blank" bits in them that don't have water running through. Hence less heat into the room if you want to use it as radiator too. Just check before you buy I guess,
