Three Usage Info - I'm Confused!

Three recently started showing remaining allowance for data on their online account access. This is good because prior to this you only got a message saying you hadn't used anything over and above your allowance. Now, however, it seems they've changed it again. I've just looked at my account and under the section "Internet & Messaging (MB)" it says "Remaining - 2024". There is then another heading, however, that says "Internet (MBs)" and then "Remaining - 1024".
Has anyone else got this? If so, can they think of any good reason for showing two lots of internet allowance? I certainly can't.

What sort of inclusive internet do you have? I have a free Internet max add-on and my usage now states that I have 2,044MB remaining. I took this to mean that the fair usage for the addon was 2GB, and I've so far used 4MB.
However, if I click on 'internet and data usage' it still just says 'You've not used any internet data outside of your allowance' so I don't have any conflicting figures...I don't think I have the other heading you refer to.0 -
As said above the 2048 would be a free (or paid) internet max addon, the 1024 would be your allowance included with your tariff.
I recently got a desire as an upgrade from them and they added a free internet max addon on top of the 1gb I thought i was going to get.
Wether or not its a billing error im yet to find out, I cant get any sense out of the script monkeys, they just say we can see you have a free internet add on applied to your account.
Its not for two seperate services as was suggested in a thread I started a couple of weeks ago, somebody said one lot was for email usage and the other internet usage, but ive already burnt through the 1gb one and nearly half way through the 2gb one.0 -
It's okay, I think I know what they've done. Now that I finally have my Blackberry add-on back (it only took them 5 days to sort something that they said would be "6-7 hours"!!!) what they haven't done is take off the internet allowance that they were going to give me as part of the upgrade I never wanted in the first place. I suppose I should expect the iPhone that I didn't want to turn up in the next couple of weeks, too.If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button
