I ordered this collection and the deodrant yesterday before I put the codes in there was a free mascara thing but after entering the codes it disappeared, I don't know why. Have also read that another poster had her order with the deodrant cancelled so now don't know whether to try and cancel and do another order for a gift set instead.

I almost gave in, except the Youth Dew Deodorant came up as oos when tried to add it to basket. Now the question is, how long can I resist? The collection is such amazing value. I've been thinking about it buying it every year for the last 4 years. Will this be my year??
I need to go sniff some Estee Lauder perfumes methinks....

I got a dispatch confirmation e-mail last night, but today I got another one saying return in progress

mapcr77 - me too, but I'm querying it with them. Think its a bit naughty to say dispatched and then returned when they haven't even tried to send it to me. Especially if their T&C's say that the contract is formed on dispatch...

I got one of these from Debenhams, a despatch at about 6am then a return in progress at about 8am. I phoned customer services and got the old chestnut "the item was damaged so the order has been cancelled". I asked how it managed to get damaged in 2 hours, and also how such a high percentage of their stock appears to get suddenly "damaged" immediately after despatch, and basically got a bit cross and told the girl on the phone that I didn't believe her and that I felt it was a lie they made up to get out of shipping items. :mad: Didn't do any good, but made me feel a hell of a lot better.

My order was delivered today the colour collection with the deodrant. Now where am I going to hide it from DH as he not to happy at me keep spending as supposed to be cutting back lol

Does the 15% code work with the set? I have a top, a bottle of perfume and the set in my basket and the code id definitely only working on the top and perfume....

Can anyone help? I phoned Debenhams and they have said the 15% shouldn't be coming off Estee Lauder....but it,s coming off the perfume, just not the collection! :mad:

Surely if it shouldn't work, but you are getting the discount of one of the items you are already quids in?
