Just worked for me, just waiting for conf. email. Thanks everyone.
  • The only other sneaky thought I've had is that, technically, the Youth Dew Roll-On Anti-Perspirant is classed as fragrance on the Debenhams site (and on the Estee Lauder site come to that) so maybe try ordering one of those for £13 and seeing if it works?

I wonder would this work....I popped out to Boots at lunchtime and I wasn't dying about any of the perfumes to be honest...well, one of them was nice after being on a while, but of course by then I couldn't remember if it was Pleasures or Beautiful.....:o

they do this every year before christmas. ive got one of this 2 years ago and its worth it ( $45 in america) i think u have to buy perfume 100 mls in order to buy this. i saw this the other day at my local and looks really good... i dont know if they will honour any perfume size but the youth dew perfume 28mls cost £28. the cheapest perfume.
i wish i have live my life a little bit off the book, took a chance and gamble
  • I bought it instore with 50ml of private collection

Hi there, did this last year. received confirmation email, they then put hold on money on bcard., then then sent a cancellation notice, and then the money was took off hold on bcard.

Get the feeling it may do the same this year, so dont think i'll bother-- boots are doing these tomorrow as a prepackaged combo type thing, not as separate perfume and blockbuster, and i believe there is some 12 quid deal off points for every 50 pounds sent.
  • When you search under Estee Lauder fragrance the shower gels etc come up too so wonder if you could order one of them, or even the perfume miniatures? I took advantage of the Lizzie Arden boots offer at the weekend thinking I would use some for a christmas present but this would look altogether more impressive.

There's also a thread about a £5 off Debs voucher on Grabbit so it would be good to get £5 off, then 15% off from the code and spend as little as possible. :D

Have you got a link to the Boots combo? Also, what is a blockbuster? Thanks.

    Tara, am showing my age!!
A blockbuster in my language is what they used to call the 'spectacular' opportunity to buy a make up kit worth hudreds of pounds, at a reduced price, every november, providing you bought a fragrance.
This year its called the estee lauder professional colour collection.
At boots, instead of just buying the perfume, and then the professional colour collection kit thing in the gold box, they are packaging the two up - ie different types of perfumes, with the colour professional

there is an offer on tomorrow, where if you have a boots advantage card you get 12 quids worth of points for every 50 quid spent-
    http://www.boots.com/en/Estee-Lauder/The-Makeup-Artist-Professional-Color-Collection/

that is the line from the website. or else you can search on boots for estee lauder, then on the left side , click the 'make up artist professional colour collection, and it will show all the possible combinations.

Ps , sorry i dont know how to actually add a link, i just cut and paste from boots website. Perhaps someone can help me-i'm getting old!!

I ordered 2 earlier on tonight. Had my e mails through.
I then thought I would try another one with adding a perfume.
Your request cannot be completed, as one or more of the products you wish to purchase are not available in the quantity you requested.
It did not matter how I tried it I got the same message.
Fingers crossed we get the orders that went through earlier.
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.
